La Pentolaccia

Our first meal in Italy! My wife said it set the standard for everything else we&rsquo;ll experience while here. We had the Bucatino All&rsquo;Amatriciana (bucatini, pork cheek, tomato, &amp; pecorino romano) &amp; Funghi Porcini E Tartufo. Had a hard time deciding which we loved more. Both the food and the service were EXCELLENT. We loved our experience at Antica Trattoria Al Gallinaccio!

What a fantastic experience! We had the tasting menu, it was simply a perfect journey of tastes. Also the wine package was superb. We will definitely return. BRAVO!

Located in the center of Rome, close to the train station near the Chinese restaurant, very recommended, is an old store opened for more than 70 years, many celebrities have visited, Bruce Lee, Yi Zhongtian and so on. Food was Excellent!!  The tagliatelle with mushrooms was amazing.  Would have gone back every night but felt like I needed to explore. Will go back for sure the next time in Rome.

Our group of friends enjoyed our meal here.It felt like a family owned restaurant, frequented by locals. Service was quick and friendly. The sauvignon wine was particularly impressive!

We had a lovely lunch as La Pentolaccia. The service was wonderful and the food excellent. I took off one star only because the salmon we ordered was a bit dry for our liking.
